If they pass that smell test and fit our other criteria then it's usually a good fit. 

Given your goals, Indy could be a great fit—affordable pricing, solid appreciation, and strong Section 8 demand with reliable property management options.

However, if it was a floating LVP floor, you should be able to relay the same flooring since water wouldn't damage the LVP flooring and you already have pieces cut to fit. 

If this doesnt fit with your goals, it's time to bring on a partner.

Basically since you have these two assets at your disposal maybe tailoring a couple of investments to fit those assets might be the easiest way to go about it versus looking for a needle in the haystack.Just my 2 Cents.

Once this is determined you can select the best neighborhood and asset that fits your capabilities.

I also didn’t deep dive into each listing as I wrote this and just simply found examples of photos I thought fit this and Airbnb did as well.
