yes, we pay as soon as we get the invoice....hard to know if we are getting scammed on pricing though...for example just had 2 bath sink faucets installed with under counter shut off valves, and replaced a defective smoke detector...charge was $433,  of which $48 was parts  (not including the faucets....)

I had the opprtunity to look into the last inspection report, dated January 2024 (done for the other buyer who backed off)  indicates minor issues incluing lead water Line (from Meter to the faucets).

It's worth paying for a cleaner that shows up when you ask, doesn't have to come back, and communicates any findings during their clean (leaking faucet, running toilet, etc.) you could always find someone who has a small business and are starting out, onboard them and grow with them.
