I will attempt to expound on Greg’s comments;To be a good developer the crux of your job description is; see something which doesn't’ exist yet, meet the wants, needs and desires of your market,  see it to fruition and have the tenacity to learn from every obstacle while having fun.

Without a business entity, I believe the both of your taxes will be interesting and it won't be as 50/50 as you think, unless you make "personal" corrections being good friends.Can you expound on this a little bit?

If/when I do buy one of these, I intend to do it in person, with a mechanic I trust looking it over, care to expound anymore on what other "homework" you are doing?

To expound, you can get the gain excluded for a personal residence for reasons of health (presume if you had to sell your house to go into an assisted living situation), relocation, and "unforeseen circumstances."

However; I see that some on this post are at the beginning stages of their education, and thought maybe you could expound on the basics.
