Unless you have some more "exotic" requirements, you can just find "any" mortgage lender yourself.

At this stage of my career, I felt it was a better move to hold a real asset and manage it than have some exotic debt reduction tool creating a paper liability. 

So, with a 4 unit property, that means I either need 4 inverters, an inverter on each panel with additional wiring, do it without permits (and without benefits from the power company), or do something exotic.
