Crime and Tenant Quality: With the higher crime rate in 76104, how much impact could this have on tenant retention and turnover?

I want to try and offset as much cost as possible without compromising quality so I’m looking for a GC mentor who could help me eat, breathe, sleep and wake GC lol.

The market in Racine is much different than Kenosha and we have been having a hard time getting quality tenant applicants.
