I had to take a 20 year corporate engineering detour to get back to what sparks joy for me.

I am a software engineer so I prioritize partnering with the right team to execute every steps of investing.

No one holds absolute truth, and there’s always room to expand our perspective through the exchange of experiences.I am fully aware of the Costa del Sol’s significance as an economic engine for the region and as one of the most globally relevant destinations.

It will likely be a web of contractors, engineers, and architects, but some those are ultimately leading to the developer. 

Most of my renters are nurses, engineers, and tax payer funded employees (Government workers). 

That is too high and after "reverse engineering" the calculations.
