We will recover in total about 50% of our initial investment in this as we too were early to the table and elected to not reinvest.

It was slow pre-election but now the bookings have poured in. 

VA loans are typically meant for individual borrowers, not businesses or entities.

The number of showings has definitely picked up since the election and we are hopeful we will have something soon.
