The orange-color wood floor looks beat up and the color is definitely out of favor.What is the design plan?

I spent about 8 hours capping and removing water and sewer lines and putting a couple of doors back in and some plugs in the wood floor and suddenly I had a 3br house.

A lot of my clients keep the bedroom carpet until it is destroyed and then re-do it with wood/lvp/tile etc.

And you can start small, buy an old camper, cut a big window, spray paint it black and brown, add some wood trim and sell coffee outside events.
