Currently, based on Altos Research, inventory is up 10% YOY and this has put pressure on median list prices which are down 5% YOY.

I think the ease of use on the other OTA´s has skewed how people view Booking, but it is a really valuable revenue source IMO if you are willing to put in a little more work and deal with the occasional headache. 

Not the typical 2 hour hotel room seminar with high pressure sales reps asking for credit cards etc. 

@Samuel Coronado, @Elan Adler  Entire subdivisions of build to rent put more pressure on local landlords because the big institutional investors can afford to buy tenants with low rents and free initial rent period.

This should put them at ease.

When you do things the right away all the time, you can't be pressured by a high maintenance tenant.

Learned all the lessons needed on this one for sure.I am now feeling the positive pressure from the huge mistake and looking to leverage all the resources I can to make sure I do long-distance real estate investing the right way from here on out.GOAL: I plan to purchase 3-5 SFH to hopefully cashflow $2,500+ in the next 2-3 months.
