The big, golf course type, Rental Apartment developments, along with the 55 and over Communities, Doctors with 100 Doors etc. have Managers who demand the First, Last and Deposit and go after you with Lawyers to file for a Judgement and ruin your Credit and next Rental Apartment application.

Fast forward a few weeks later, she states to me that her back has been hurting since then and after seeking advice from her doctor, they suggested she see a specialist.

When is the last time you got a hold of your doctor or attorney  on the first go-around?

. :-)I would insist that she provide you a proof letter from a real Doctor stating said disability with the specific orders that tenant should not carry weight above X pounds.

He is young and very fit, so fortunately it looks like he will be okay, but it made me think about what my wife and I may need.When I quit corporate I was first in camp "screw health insurance and pay cash for doctor", but learned quickly there are some real limitations, plus in our screwed-up health care system you pay higher prices when paying cash.

You are required to give their request consideration but only once they submit it with the doctor's note etc.
