My problem is that the parking areas in front of all the townhomes is deteriorating, and I can't seem to find out if the city will replace the crumpled paving or if each owner is responsible.

It needs $80k work done in renovations as the house has lots of mold issues and water deteriorated on the inside. so all in all it is going to come out to $250k.

However, I made the argument to listing agent that they should want to spend the money at the very least to simply drain the basement water out since it's still an asset that is slowly deteriorating and losing value every day that the water sits there and investors/buyers will not want to take a risk on a property with a question mark like that.
