Pros of key-less locks:- Able to set-up easy access even remotely- No need of changing lock cylinders, make key copies, or set-up physically the locks- Less risk of tenants having several key copies running aroundCons:- Some tenants are not up-to-date with technology (specially elderly class), so you may need to exchange the smart lock for a conventional one- More added cost for technology- Battery operated- Some have covers that if lost or damage, they are not easily replaced (specially battery cover).

Had three ceramic cylinders at the top.

We can definitely get settled into our comfort zones, especially when the engines seem to be humming along on all cylinders. 

That said, I have yet to find one property manager that is firing on all cylinders. 

I have learned so much and I keep learning and then there's more and I am jacked up, stoked up and my cylinders are all firing up. 

The trash container drawer has a hydraulic cylinder to ensure once full & heavy the drawer will close tight.

You want to make sure you are covered on all cylinders and I would definitely recommend using the BP calculators.

FWIW, my complete setup on 2 of my buildings that have double "airlock" doors, I use a "schoolroom lock" on the outer one, a passage style that you can change from locking to not using a key on the inside lock cylinder.

Then from their available properties, the one I chose just hit on more cylinders than the others: extra room in the basement, best curb appeal, best schools, best floorplan.
