We are trying to be as reasonable as we can with this isue but our landlords seem to be being as unreasonable as posible.

@Erin Elam A .DAT file is by definition, a non standard file format.It might be posible that the file matches the more standard definition of a ,CSV file or that of a .txt file.My suggestion would be to rename the file so that it ends en .CSV and try to open it with Excel.

Hello Mike I have a very good amount of experience as far as knowledge of the process from the regulatory, underwring, retail side, wholesale side, what’s a deal, what’s not a deal, putting the numbers together, finding sellers and attracting buyers, contracts and but when it comes to thelending it gets tricky because I know there are always creative ways of using other peoples money to fund.. so I’m open to hear new innovative ideas.. but somethings sound to good to be true but it’s posible.. 

The closing costs paid for is a nice help too.Talk with your CPA, if he/she is RE savvy, I am sure they he/she will agree.You also have to factor into the distinct posibility that the value will continue to decrease and thus put you in an upside down position making it even harder and credit damaging to get out from under.

This has the posibility of affecting all future owners of the property, not just you.Do what it right!
