I have not looked at Kelowna  prices in a long while but its hard for me to gauge it since I bought in 2000 and sold in 2002 and made a fat profit at that time.. a lot of it was the currency Delta at the  time as well.. buying in US dollars Canadian real estate..

I hope properties do start being sold for bitcoin; I have a small investment portfolio in cryptocurrencies! 

Then add the fact it's devaluation of almost any fiat/monetary currency. 

I don't like crypto, but I really needed a hard drive for my old laptop...My second best foreclosure find was actually a collection of vinyl records, it was worth enough money to take my crew out for pizza.

This is something crypto came to be for, instant passage of "funds" from part to party, no float. 

This devaluation of currency has pushed many potential first-time homebuyers out of the market, leaving renting as their primary option.

And when it comes to alternative investments - I do invest in index funds, as well as some other stocks and a small amount of crypto.

Xero also has a number of features that QBO doesn't have, such as project tracking and multiple currency support.I have clients who use Xero, and they're all very happy with it.

PS - Regarding bitcoin: Lots of people made a buncha’ money on crypto because they took the time to learn about it.
