And Northpointe is criminally bad.

I insist that you complete the Task you were hired for with NO further compensation and I've also written a formal complaint to the "Board of Bar Overseers" over this matter!

I don’t know what license you hold, but if I make a claim like that in a public forum against other lawyers, at minimum I am facing an ethics complaint.

One of the biggest complaints was the lack of places to stay and the expense for such.  

If the applicant comes from the pool of people that I or my tenants know, I use real estate as a way to give back as many of my tenants will not qualify credit wise or may even have a criminal background or would struggle for another reason if I were to just stick to the "background/credit check" criteria. 

I am inclined to believe this is the chief complaint and they either have another option or underestimated their ability to adjust to a rental. 

I have talked through all this with another student and he feels like what they are doing could be considered criminal and is talking to a friend of his at the FBI.

There are some reputible ones and some criminals outhere.
