Crickets from the listing agent which I expected.

I need to go ahead and talk with the sellers to be first in line if they get crickets at their asking price.

Well, considering this thread has yielded nothing but *crickets* from all the Hawaii investors on the site (Also the NYC and Miami), maybe that says something?
