If I can find a property that just needs cosmetic updates, covers its expenses, and leaves a little extra, I’m interested.

Got new update, nothing encouraging.

Strategic updates aligned with market demand, making the property more attractive to buyers and significantly increasing its resale value.

Updated the kitchen, bathroom, and pulled permits to expand an additional bathroom/walk in closet.

While I do maintain a relatively modest percentage of my assets in money market instruments, corporate debt funds, and high dividend stocks, I remain most comfortable with the investments I specialize in and know best.
