Suppose new companies do not establish operations in your investment city to create replacement jobs with similar pay.

its just that the title company they are using now wont close it just have to move to a different title company.. simple as that.

Hi @Chani WalkerThose fees seem to be in line with most management companies around here if you are bringing on a property.

So far, my experience from interviewing several companies in that town is that most of them completely refuse to manage furnished rental.
