If you are a solo-preneur, you can tag another investor in the group to assist.We have action-plans and drips for investors to use for lead generation via call, text, email, door knock, driving for dollars Most of this is done out of the box versus heavy configuration and customization like other systems. 

I know this is an old thread.I'd like to get a more recent opinion of these apps.I think the DFD options is very interesting.What we want to do is endorse one of these for our Real Estate Club in Greenville, SC and have a contest for our members to see who can find the most deals with the software.Maybe try and get a rep from the company we choose to come and speak at one of our in person meeting and also negotiate a longer trial window if possible for our members.

The expense tracker, reports and rental sheets (useful if you are planning to do the BRRRR method and need to calculate 2 different sets of loans).I used to have my own custom spreadsheets that I built but this one does everything mine did plus much more. 

You can always hire a different PM company.

Plus so many companies moving and developing here like Amazon, FB, Google, Nationwide, Honda, Ohio State University, Intel, etc.
