Get comfortable with a certain degree of uncertainty but still take action. 

I like to look for locations that are good, and that I’d feel safe and comfortable living in if I was a single woman with a couple of kids.

Do you have a lease I could look at, if you feel comfortable sharing. 

Frankly, if you are proceeding with a transaction and you are NOT comfortable, do not proceed. 

Congrats on achieving a comfortable financial situation.Condos are actually riskier than single family rentals. 

When advised to claim from Renters insurance, Tenant wants my Landlord insurance policy number and claim number, which I am not comfortable giving.

Hearings take place in the small claims court which is designed for non-attorney litigants and has relaxed procedures and rules of evidence. 

I would only recommend moving on this if you are comfortable owning it for the long term.
