But worms are so difficult to put on a hook, so here comes a clever dude who invents a machine that easily grabs a worm and hooks it within 1 tenth of a second.That is great, BUT you CAN'T catch this fish with worms.

I stumbled upon this thread and was wondering if anyone has a checklist for items needed for a STR (i.e.. linens, appliances, kitchen utensils, etc.)?  

I tried AHS a few years ago on several properties thinking this might be a clever solution for managing repairs in my units.

The only thing I ask for is a return of our linens, and if they want to use the photos that we paid for, reimbursement for that - our actual cost.

I live in the SF bay area, renting half a duplex in Sunnyvale ($2500/mo) and I'd like to find some way to live in this area long term buy obviously I've got to be clever about it.
