I run into this all the time.I know plenty of chiropractors,doctors,cpa's etc. that write off a ton in the business and pay themselves very little.Used to you could go stated income and this wasn't a problem.Because of the abuse it ruined it for legitimate individuals not wanting to pay our government more taxes that officials abuse anyways.So people making a few hundred a year but only paying themselves 30k look poor on paper but really can afford the loan.These people aren't going to show an income statement and pay tens of thousands more in taxes just to appease a bankers requirements for income on a tax return.What they will do is wait and hope stated comes back.

Of course, I can't buy any of them if I don't let those owners know I might be interested in buying them.Now, the ones I do own and rent out pay my mortgage, buy my groceries, pay my health care, cover the vet bills, pay for my automobile insurance, the visits to the dentist, chiropractor, and yearly medical check ups.

Lee if you market a house without being on title you were brokering, simple.Think here:  if you take in that kind of a chance hypothetically and a broker turned you in and says  somebody trying to sell a house without having a valid real estate person's license in California and not being on title and then the real estate commission DRE slap you with a cease-and-desist and then you go apply for the license and they deny you based on doing unlicensed activity in the past...wowLee You have a chiropractor license, would you practice chiropractor without being licensed?
