Unless you think that by do in it you don't mind losing tenants, you fix, ( force appreciation ) and then you could refi and use the money for another deal,  but if you are chill and have no intention of maximizing this asset. 

The group was really chill and the host is a guy who seems to know what he is talking about.

Regardless of what the markets do, this is not the time to Netflix & chill. 

You can stick your toe in, but until you jump in and get that chill over with, you'll never get passed that first chill.

If we just chill now this will pass but the opportunities will abound.Investors who are less economically stable are worried, but I don't think they should be. 

Been hearing a lot of talk about people's excitement to "Quarantine and Chill" over these next couple of weeks while companies are allowing those to work from home or not work at all.Obviously that isn't how the majority of you who are reading this operates.Interested in seeing what you guys are doing during this time, what skills you may be working on or recommendations for those looking to try something new.Let me know!

I think we should keep this going after all this is over; maybe every Sunday should be declared a mandatory “everybody just seriously chill the F out” day moving forward, like it was in the old days and still is in many places.

More water consumption, more electric consumption, in one property I even include internet and cable which I expect the internet to exceed the 2TB usage cap if the tenants are Netflix and chilling 24/7.I have not yet reached out to my tenants about rent yet.
