If the costs are similar to what I have seen in the twin cities area, it isn't a deal that would excite me at all.I'm not sure what the market is like in Eau Claire, but I have been looking in MN and haven't seen a 4 plex priced with a decent return in a while.

I'm new to Eau Claire - I moved here about 6 months ago for a full-time job.

We have non stops from DFW to Australia, the EAU, and Hong Kong.The mistake they made was they were thinking about downtown Dallas. 

Austin is a bit like Whyte Ave/Old Strahcona area of Edmonton and Eau Claire area of Calgary all wrapped together.
