I think our best client in the last 4 years we probably made them $750,000.Then I get the call from the one property owner trying to nickel and dime me that we will charge $190 for his townhome and he can get someone else to do it for $125.

Our contract states that we charge the entire contract, including unpaid fees.

For example I don’t know of any say plumber that charges $120 an hour but brings two guys and charges $240.  

If the applicant comes from the pool of people that I or my tenants know, I use real estate as a way to give back as many of my tenants will not qualify credit wise or may even have a criminal background or would struggle for another reason if I were to just stick to the "background/credit check" criteria.

I recommend getting a few quotes and choosing one that is right for your financing strategy. if you are trying to get fix and flip money there is a wide disparity in rates and charges.
