Thank you for your service, one of the charities that NARPM supports here in the Houston area is Camp Hope, what an amazing group of people.

I was thinking of possibly just doing a camp site set up of some kind.

Plus its a non stop location for tourism Summer Camping, White Water Rafting, Rock climbing, 4 Wheeler/ATV, Hunting, Fishing.Winter - Ski, Snowboard, Tube, Ice Fishing, Hunting, Winter Breaks away from the Heat etc.

If they see mold spots, they should clean it immediately.This was going to be my response. i have an old lake camp that we turned into a full time residence.

We love to go camping, riding motorcycles, and just being outdoors in general. 

To the south is Mexico, to the west is the Pacific Ocean, to the north is Camp Pendleton then OC, to the east it quickly gets harsh.  

I am thinking anything from simple level camping pads for tent, van conversion, or RV use.

It was fantastic for networkingI don’t know for sure, but it seems like at around the same time that BiggerPockets started hosting its own conferences and advertising boot camps and such that it became harder and harder to find where on the website that you could find local meetups.This morning I searched the website to try to find where local meetups were posted on the website and it took me between 5 and 10 minutes to find it.

Often people with little resources end up camping where they are because they don't have any way to move or a place to go.

We have a RV that we camp in throughout the year (right now in fact!)
