When the reassessment occurs on the property what are you expecting for that to appreciate?

Same issue could occur again to housing costs.

The above doesn’t allow any Life events occurring that you don’t already have covered financially.The above is your same lifestyle today.  

Note ADUs do the opposite seeing that small units in small counts is very expensive development.I see nothing in anything you have stated that addresses what i believe has to occur to accomplish your goal. 

BTW the turn that occurred 18 months prior was very similar.  

@David Dachtera I watched the video link you provided to see where the slight of hand occurs. 

If the change has occurred and buyers are now doing this, surprised not discussed more  You as the buyer is paying for the agents commission one way or another , either by a higher sales price , or by cutting a check to your agent .
