Yup clean up the brush around and rake it out,have to do that anyway. 

A power cable ran down from the pole to the ground at an angle, and the overgrown walkway to the door actually led you right under the power cable, brushing by the power pole!

But if they just go to the hospital and you're not receiving rent, you need to brush up on your eviction laws if you don't already know them.

First, I fail to see how using carpet ever adds value to a property - it's a lint brush on your floor!

If the fireplace is dirty on the outside, the brick can be cleaned with a wire brush.

Brings me full circle to a college job I had in a photofinisher spotting large prints by hand with a brush.  

Those are 99% of hand power tools I use on a reno, I have the brushed versions and love them.
