It's a breach of the broker's fiduciary duty to his client (the seller) to bring in as many qualified buyers as possible in order to get the best price possible.Private agreements by the NAR will be no defense unless in the listing agreement between seller and broker.

So, the extra unit may cost you more then it brings if you cannot access equity or if the market discounts the property when you go to sell due to financing available.

I've never had a single complaint from any of my STR guests regarding not providing streaming services.Also, be sure to set that expectation up front in your listing - let guests know you provide high speed internet and have smart TV's so they need to bring their own log-ins if they want to use any streaming services.
