I'm sure everybody has had those days when you're starting out that one day you feel like you're on the verge of having a break through and the next you feel like you're going in circles...... well for me, today seemed like the longest carousel ride ever...

I had already bought 1,200 units at that point, so I wasn't expecting to have any major breakthroughs. 

Medical breakthroughs are founded on good research.

Then at some point — breakthrough!

After your first breakthrough, you'll never waste your precious time mowing your lawn again.

@Brie Schmidt  when I started contracts were one page and hand written of course unless you put it in a typewriter.. and we used carbon paper... then we got a major break through and got NCR paper so we did not have to fool with that messy Carbon paper.so fast forward to today and 10 page contracts disclosures out the roof etc etc.the reality is you need agents to play middle man to take the emotion out of seller and buyers.  

Youll breakthrough; i know my dear friend.

I knew what I wanted and finally took a leap of faith.I started reading, listening, and watching videos online for a solid month before I had my first break through.

There is not one big breakthrough or reality television moment for me ( as mentioned)--just day in day out maintenance of property and maintenance of the tenant relationship (through good communications).
