I would buy from a brand that is offering 1.9% financing like Hyduai.

With fresh paint throughout inside and out, brand-new roof, dual HVAC systems, updated water heater, stainless steel appliances, lighting fixtures, outlets, countertops, and PEX plumbing just to name a few.

One way to do this is with brand new construction.

New construction is also a solid option because everything’s brand new, and you’re less likely to run into issues with maintenance early on.As for research, I’d focus on the local economy and rental demand.
