Please post a copy of your due diligence checklist and your stress tests.  

In our student houses we use a programmable thermostat, but our building monitoring system has its own sensors and can override the wall thermostat and will not allow the temperature to get below 10C (50F) ... we are presently testing a new software load that will also prevent them from cooling the house too far in the summer.

The beauty of this is that intermediaries who work with me know that I make “fair” offers based on VERIFIABLE facts, that I follow through with completed deals unless important information was with held or information provided was false, and that there’s absolutely no value in presenting deals to me where the seller/borrower/investor is unrealistic, naive, or otherwise wanting to “test” the market.

In the good ol' days, analyzing STR deals was an IQ test.

Roofstock should at least send Jason a holiday gift basket, like a few bottles of wine + dried fruits&nuts tray.

This is why seasoned investors run a "stress test" when evaluating their investments.

Money's most important function is as a medium of exchange to facilitate transactions.For none of these 3 things does Bitcoin pass the sniff test - some might say it might be in the future - I don't buy it.I'm selling the stuff. 

@Stephen Keighery makes a point that it may not be a good time to sell, but I recommend you test the market. 

The course is long and test is difficult so make sure you are committed.
