The return on equity is probably very low considering they are paid off so maybe explore refinancing or selling the lowest performing one(s) or your biggest headaches to reinvest in more lucrative deals.I noticed you also used a metric of number of rentals to attain your goal rather than $$$/month.

I read this book, and within 3 weeks of finishing it had my next deal under contract because it helped me make my strategy decision and feel good about finally acting on itHappy to help if you have any more specific questions.

But also remember to take reports by tenants of snow not getting shoveled with a huge deer lick of salt—the crew may have just finished and snow can and does accumulate rapidly in between trips.
