Homes are affordable and we're seeing homebuyers enter the market with a lot of assistance available from the city.I’ve been investing in Detroit since 2019 while living in California and own 12 doors.

I ended up having to hire an attorney, file for a writ of assistance, and have the sheriff serve the writ by showing up and physically removing the occupants.

Im not handy with tools, so I was thinking maybe assistant property manager or something logistical perhaps?
