What do you think makes Texas such an attractive place for entrepreneurs in the real estate space?

For me, if the lead has a somewhat filled out BP profile, it's probably decent quality, otherwise its an aspirational investor, rather than an investor. 

To all aspiring house hackers and those aiming for a single-family primary to hold it as a long-term rental, what are your biggest frustrations likely keeping you from jumping in the game? 

I aspire to connect with others and gain knowledge about the BRRRR strategy and multifamily investments.

Once they hit their "number" they usually find they aren't happy without building something and generally wind up back in the entrepreneur journey! 

You’re targeting an investor and an entrepreneur, both of whom want to “pay below market”.

That's the key component that is usually missing when I hear other entrepreneurs/investors say they don't like QBO.Something else to keep in mind is your entity structure and how your entities file tax returns.

We are also entrepreneurs who have run a successful marketing firm since 2011, so we have experience building a business from scratch, hiring, marketing, building and leading teams, high-level negotiating, etc. 

Soft MF's.While you’re projecting this tough, macho image, consider the advice and attitude you're giving to a young, aspiring college-student investor who genuinely needs guidance rather than someone inflating their own ego at their expense.I wish I had started when I was that young.
