nice post...I have been there done that.. owned a few airplanes  ( those make cars of any cost look like a pittance) but I used them in business and they were fabulous write offs and very fun to use and it made my business better because of be able to maximize my time and spread my wings so to speak to markets I could never have covered if I had to rely on car or Gasp airlines

This is something airline pilots and teachers will do: rent out a house where they can shove a bed in and overnight as cheap as possible.Ask her if she has a set schedule, or if she's looking for an "at need" deal- price from there.

The tenant will then sign the estoppel to attest to its content.This is by far the best way to find out if there are any discrepancies in the information provided by the vendor (like the monthly rent being paid by one tenant is actually $100/month less that what is written into the lease, because he's the owners son and he vacuums the corridors and sweeps/shovels the walks).You can do the same thing with any service providers (i.e. snow removal or garbage service).

Two of our rentals have taken on water and our personal home might too.I was thinking about going over there as soon as the water recedes under slab and start shop vacuuming, ripping out baseboards/door trim and sheet rock and insulation, and setting up fans.

For instance, yesterday we were all walking over to the local park for a picnic and I got a call on my cell phone (google voice number) from someone at the car wash who put quarters in the vacuum, but the vacuum didn't turn on.

It's a real pita to keep it clean, check the chlorine and adjust, check the ph and adjust, add water when necessary, clean the filter, vacuum the inside, remove dead bugs and leaves, and this is only 20 feet from my back door.
