Hmm, the title company said they couldn't determine the amount, only that there was an agreement to the terms of another agreement... like a notice for hoa responsibility tells you they're responsible but not how much is owed.

Since “thank you” seems to have gone out of style, I now limit responses to one or two sentences.

Maybe no one is an idiot, maybe they are simply being responsive to incentives.

I do get nervous with finances and want to be financially responsible.

I was kind of skeptical, but seems this city/town is good place for STRs based on your response.  

That person is responsible for anyone one else that comes into contact with your property.I suggest using a service like Mayistay.
