In general Mary is rude and abrasive in all correspondence. 

However, test an area (like behind the toilet first), as those all are all abrasives and will change the texture and finish on your floor.You say the stain is blue.

As a true outsider with no dog in the fight, I have to say: David, if Renatus is all you claim it to be, you are truly doing it a disservice with your abrasive responses.  

My husband did some googling and has decided that he wants to buy an abrasive blaster and soda blast the basement.
