In my area, most illegals live in trashed-out rentals with multi-generational family members or co-workers, so I doubt the housing market will be greatly impacted, at least not in my region.

.- Books:  We have a mix of books including some local area/regional stuff, some fiction, and kids books.- Kids Toys:  We advertise to families and have another 2xKallax cubes full of toys that won't break and are tolerant of missing pieces, but are easy enough to cleanup:  lincoln logs, blocks, hard animals, stuff like that.

An example in my experience would be a local/regional foundation with a mission that is aligned directly or indirectly with Affordable Housing AND a longer-term investment horizon with less of a focus on the financial return and more on the "social" return for the community.
