After that you'll want to see what sub-market/zip code might make sense given the relative rent/price ratios.

Go on Zillow, type in your zip code and the bed/bath count, and see what is currently for rent.

From what I’m seeing, it looks like (and should continue to look like) the clay, Cicero, and Liverpool areas are expected to get some of the higher appreciation in the coming years due to close proximity to Micron (Zip Codes 13039, 13041, 13088, 13090).

Both programs can aggregate data based on filters like zip codes, sell scores, etc. 

For sure that is zip to zip but generally longer vacancies might be the normal for certain zips/streets.
