My markup is always lower than the original lender's because I don't spend money advertising during the Super Bowl, my president doesn't have a corporate jet, and we don't have layers of management we need to pay.

New York City has a lot of the same problems as California, high taxes, soft on crime, Homeless Problem, Super Expensive etc.... and it also has really crappy weather. 

Also credit score 680 with no missed payments over the last 2 years and also check their criminal report just to make sure you know who these tenants are, as the eviction process in New York city is very long and expensive.

Hi Kevin, I would encourage you to maybe consider outside of New York in the future. 

And look around for a new jet ski,etc.
