Terms have significantly worsened since Covid 19 struck, but there are some that are still lending.  

I would be particularly interested in people who are house hacking a SFH during this pandemic.It is one thing to get a family into a unit in a duplex, but I can see more challenges with getting multiple separate individuals to be your tenants/roomates during a pandemic.Also, its usually recommended to do month-to-month leases for SFH house hack so you can feel your tenants out.But given financial risk, that is a harder decision to make.Thoughts related to this:(As the economy continues to worsen...

In my reading the Wall Street Journal in the last 60 days, to this Aug. 16th, 2020; a few articles in it, say that U.S. banks are currently tightening their lending standards & even reducing the amounts of money they are now lending, as these banks face the in 2020 the U.S. is in a Recession, & a Recession which likely to worsen in 2021.

Our experience is fairly small change to cash flow and most of the time the cash flow projection has worsened slightly (basically unchanged).Good luck

I just look at the economic data, that keeps worsening by the day, and do not see any reason why anyone should be investing right now, let alone in real estate, with prices on a 7 year high.Real estate works in cycles and now prices are starting to go down, a signal that the cycle of rising prices is coming to an end.
