In general, what sources and heuristics do you use to determine if an area can support new construction in general, and in specific in GNO?

I will definitely look to add more when I visit next. 

Can the new HB 182 law be used to eject the prior owners of a property that the bank foreclosed on and did not remove from the house after the foreclose?

What do you guys think about this strategy of opening up a HELOC in hopes of freeing up some of my other capital.  

This would also prevent me from using the HELOC for a different type of investment like BRRRR or fix and flip.

Would this be a feasible plan?
