The sinks and faucets didn't, but the tubs and toilets did. 🤔 After having the plumber come back a couple of times to try to remediate, we brought in a different plumber that provided 2 other possible remediation things we could try.

If you determine that the numbers look good, make sure to check other sites to see if the comparable property is on multiple sites that may add to the numbers.
