Hard money is mostly for flipping properties or using it as a bridge money for a temporary solution if you need more time depending on what type of trouble you get yourself into.

I was thinking I would give them like 90 days notice w the option to stay for a temporary rent reduction through construction phase. 

My own thinking is their US passport was suspended which is required to remain in Portugal if you are a holder of a temporary residence card and they had to leave??

When my wife and I started looking, Everett was as close as we could afford to the city, and we ended up focusing most of our time in the North Shore area.

I'm looking to connect with investors in the Boston and South Shore area.

Hopefully it is temporary and they will get caught up. 

Also, custom builders are always looking for temporary housing for their clients who are building new homes or doing major renovations.

Understand the NJ markets, such as Northern NJ, Central/Southern NJ, and Jersey Shore, and focus on building relationships with those active in your desired areas.Good luck!
