I need to get about 4 panels of a wood fence replaced and was considering replacing my existing chain link fence with a 5/6 foot steel or aluminum for the front.

I know there is two types of oxygen barrier from pex, one has the aluminum barrier infused in an inner black layer and grey outer layer, the other does not, and has a different type of barrier but it is 2 separate walls.

I have been looking at 2-4 unit multifamily properties (3b/1.5b) in the Southington, CT area I did a site visit with my handyman.Property is in good shape new roof and deck, except for aluminum wiring and cosmetic items.This market has been very competitive the last year and decent properties don't stay on the market too long.

Thought it was the Windows sweating as they were aluminum and seals broken. so bought new Windows, which almost didn't get installed because of the rot from water intrusion the installers found.
