It is a long game, however I think we are at an inflection point.  

You’re most powerful tool is your voice (inflection/tone). 

I think there was an interesting inflection point during the journey, after I left my W-2 job and being self employed we went through a couple years of not being able to be financed by the regular institutions which made it a little difficult.

That's usually the magic number for inflection points in our business strategies; do we go multi-family, out-of-state, appreciation-focused-cash-flow, commercial, land or cover a totally different niche in real-estate.

haha. this is so called recession is actually happened because fed is stupid enough to add 40% of more us dollar in circulation, but they already burning half of that thru repo project, i can see we are at inflection point, thus this thread is very meaningful, there's correlation between rate,repo and action in real estate, these are the window where you can make heck ton of money by having forward looking thoughtful mindset.

So far they are still profitable but time will tell if things are just leveling off or have reached the inflection point. 

Does that mean loan amortization only becomes a significant part of your investment returns after a certain inflection point, does that change for other loan terms or interest rates?
