Realtors a lot of the time market themselves through their brokerage and advertise their services hoping to get a few phone calls of potential clients. 

Is anyone aware of any of a property management tool that allows PMs to give discounts to tenants who enroll in autopay (similar to how major US phone providers like do these days)?

We went to Delta Build's office on Monday, left our phone number and was told someone woukd get back to us within 2 days. 4 days have passed and no one has called us back.

Unfortunately, my work phone is forwarded to my cell phone as I mainly work from home due to health issues.
