Have had one complaint about not having cable, because the guest wanted local news.  

Oh very interesting, I'll have to check the planning commission meeting notes because this was a hot topic in Denver the last few years so if it was discussed there on public record I'm surprised it wasn't in the news at all before!

The good news is that it's never to late to start!

Active syndicators are frequently quoted in news articles or have entire articles written about them in trade and mainstream publications.

Such exciting news, but I will sadly be departing from this home in the next year or so as I plan to buy another home to move into or an investment property I haven't ironed out all the details yet.

EXAMPLE: a local HC has a single comcast email address for their entire office - mysteriously, they seem to be always losing emails and asking us to resend multiple times.The good news is they finally increased their max rental amounts a few years ago, so they are now more competitive. 

They all tell me to got to Legal News because all mortgage related things are posted by them.

The good news is you will be able to get debt on properties easier than someone who is making $50k per year assuming you don't have a bunch of bad debt.
