Fast forward to today and realizing the amazing amount of time I spend DAILY not only coordinating projects (which if you can't stand, this is not a career for you) but what is maddening in when I'm simply the conduit to pass very minor bits of info between contractors and as we all know, screwing up on some seemingly minor piece of that info that for instance may seem very minor to myself and lets say the carpenter and electrician, BUT causes a MAJOR hang up for the plumber (and assuming you're pulling permits as I do, toss in an additional delay for the inspector to be re-scheduled and now this formerly minor point has just hung up a big part of a project for days, maybe longer.

The seller let them be sold separately after speaking with him so around 3pm today they all came to a mutual agreement, shook hands and 65k was set to be signed and earnest money deposited first thing monday morning (because its Saturday and everything was closed).

his dad tried to talk to him buthe is still bringing up the fact that we entered without permission, even though we apoligized and shook hands. i thought we had that issue settled. my brother wants to call sherrif and go over to drill locks out. he thinks its not right we are locked out of a house we own. he keeps telling me nephew would not treat mom{grandma} like that

I had a property under contract, I told him what I wanted for the contract, he passed by the property, took 30 minutes to check it out... he came out of the house and shook my hand and said deal.
